HA35 Core Technology: A Patented Enzymatic Production Platform
HA35 is produced through controlled enzymatic cleavage of high-molecular-weight hyaluronan using recombinant human hyaluronidase PH20. This production approach,together with the preparation and characterization of the resulting 35 kDa hyaluronan fragments, was described by Jia et al. in the Journal of Inflammation Research in 2023(doi:10.2147/JIR.S393495).
Using recombinant human PH20 hyaluronidase as a precisely controlled enzymatic tool, high-molecular-weight hyaluronan can be cleaved into defined lower-molecular-weight fragments. DR.HUI further applies this platform to the scalable preparation and characterization of hyaluronan fragments centered around approximately 35 kDa, providing the technological foundation for HA35 research, manufacturing, and product development.
